Mobile Maintenance Execution Application

AMECS’s MobileEX mobile client provides MRO execution process in disconnected mode on a smart phone/mobile hand held device. It provides industry standard templates for Mobile users to create Asset Service Log, General Log, Component Change, LRU Swap/Exchange, FOD Reporting, Asset Health Monitoring Log, Fuel Consumption, Non Routine creation and other Technical Snags reporting. MobileEX. User can convert service log and incidence reports into a non-routine work request. In disconnected mode, MobileEX user can convert non routines into work order or associate them to existing work orders. MobileEX User can assign task cards to non-routine work orders, so that material and resources required for maintenance work are automatically assigned to work order. A subset of Execution Dashboard component runs on MobileEX implementing all layers of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) and provides Flow-based layout, which allows UI components to arrange automatically based on screen size of the mobile device. MobileEX integrates with device-native menus of hand held device, so that user can use device native menu & experience to operate the MobileEX client application.
